In this process, the cure in place materials mold to the host pipe after cleaning the interior of the pipe. The curing time takes around 4-6 hours for the cure in place materials while they inserted inside the pipe. Therefore, a new pipe with about 4 mm thickness has been installed in the host pipe. This seamless pipe restores structural integrity, eliminates joints that can weaken and allow root intrusion. This system is suitable for spot and full length repairing of the severe corroded and damaged pipes. It can be used for a wide variety of standard and non-standard pipe shapes and size from 1½” to 12”.
