In this technique a chemically-resistant non-toxic epoxy is coated (lining) to the interior of the pipes by compressed air. The epoxy coating applied to the pipe seal and protects the system from further deteroration and dramaticall extends system life.The operation causes minimum disruption to the residences or their activities and can be used on system with varying diameter of pipe. Pipes cab be lined without removal or disassembly and returned to service within 24 hours. The protective epoxy layer is smooth and durable and its surface finishing is resistant to mineral deposits and corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and petroleum products. Epoxy lining can be used on a variety of pipe material including galvanized steel, cast iron, copper and lead and pipe size from ½” to 8”. The coating has a rated life of 35-50 years under normal operation condition and exhibited a potential useful life up to 80 years in accelerated laboratory mechanical testing. Average saving of 50% is typical and saving of up to 65-70% has been achieved with our epoxy lining system.
